This watch is new, complete with a box and papers. This Ref. 5303R reveals the movement’s construction and operation all on the front, Patek Philippe’s first dial-side minute repeater and tourbillon timepiece. Mechanical manually wound movement, the calibre R TO 27 PS, revealed on the back of the movement, exquisitely decorated. The case sides and lugs are decorated with the same amphitheatre-style patterns as on the caseback around the movement. The sliding lever for the repeater bears the same decoration as the movement.
